COMMUNITY

Serra Malagueta

The small mountain community of Serra Malagueta lives mainly from agriculture (mostly beans, corn, sweet potatoes and broad beans) and livestock (mostly donkeys, cows, pigs, goats and chickens).

If in the past the community lived peacefully in the Curral D'Asno valley, where 12 people still live today, with the construction of the main road that connects Praia to Tarrafal they moved to the roadside, where it is easier to live and trade. your products.
