Fogo cheese is famous throughout the Sotavento islands, it is a fresh cheese obtained from goat's milk. This laboratory will allow you to produce your own cheese from goat milk.
Veronica will introduce you to her goats and teach you how to milk them. With the milk collected, you will go to the laboratory to process it until you have a form ready to take home... but be careful, it will only be possible to consume it the next day.
This workshop will allow tourists to come into direct contact with a Cape Verdean family, understand their life, difficulties and resources.
