ANOTHER CAPE VERDE
Good coming to Santo Antão
Welcome to Santo Antão, also known as the island of the mountains, is the northernmost island of the archipelago, second in size and third in population. This creates a fascinating mix of varied landscapes and customs.
It is characterized by mild temperatures between 25 and 30 degrees on average. Cold weather and suggestive fog are expected on the peaks in the winter months (January-March) and rain in the summer season (August-October).
Due to the climatic characteristics mentioned above, it is advisable to wear light, comfortable clothing and protect yourself from the sun with sunscreen and hats. In cooler weather it is necessary to wear a jacket and k- way.
