Santa Isabel coffee, an Arabic specialty, is an excellence that is still little recognized internationally, but it has a long history, made up of sacrifices and families.
This workshop will allow tourists to come into direct contact with a Cape Verdean family, understand their life, difficulties and resources. The workshop is seasonal.
In the laboratory a form of fresh cheese will be produced and the mature cheese caves will be visited.
